Namaste For One More has been taught at your favorite local brewery, Intracoastal Brewing Company, since January 2014. Join us every Sunday at 10:45am for yoga and a pint. Yoga is typically practiced inside the brewery, or when the weather is cooler, in the biergarten. Pay in advance or at the door via cash ($15) or card ($18). Sign up and pay with the button below.
