Yoga will be offered every morning and evening by Yogi Perogi teachers. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the great outdoors, quality time with yourself, and other optional activities on your stay. 

Air travel and transportation to and from the retreat is not included. River Mountain is located just a couple hours from Washington D.C., Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia.

These Circadian Rhythm Wellness accommodations were designed to minimize stress, connect you to nature, and clear your mind. Floor to ceiling windows help you rise with the sun and rest with the calmness of the night.

  • What time is check in/check out? Check-in is from 3PM - 7PM. Check-out is by 11AM. If you cannot check-in by 7PM, please just let us know in advance and River Mountain staff will be there to welcome you.

  • What activities are available? Aside from the outdoors, River Mountain have complimentary games and things to use during your stay, these include: ENO Hammocks, Board Games, Cards, Disc Golf, Spike Ball, Frisbees, Soccer Balls, Footballs, Bocce Ball, Cornhole, Kan Jam Disc Toss Game, UNO

  • Is travel included? Air travel and transportation to and from the retreat is not included. River Mountain is located just a couple hours from Washington D.C., Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia.

  • Are meals included? Yes, meals are included. River Mountain has a full kitchen that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The kitchen team will put together a farm fresh menu that consistently gets high reviews from guests.

  • Are dietary restrictions accommodated? River Mountain is committed to providing amazing and inclusive experiences for all of the guests. Graze Kitchen and their staff will be more than happy to assist you with any dietary needs and preferences. They have vegan options for all of the meals!

  • What is cell service and WiFi like? River Mountain is remote. There is little to no cell service at River Mountain or in the surrounding area. HOWEVER, they have fiber Wi-Fi throughout the property so please plan on enabling Wi-Fi calling and other Wi-Fi based communication apps (Zoom audio, Facetime audio, WhatsApp, iMessage, email, etc) during your stay.

  • Will there be quiet hours? River Mountain's quiet hours run from 11PM - 7AM.

  • What should I pack? Fall and winter are beautiful at River Mountain!

    Be sure to bring all-weather footwear and an extra pair of shoes. During hikes, your shoes might get wet, and it’s always nice to have an extra pair of shoes to put on at night.

    Below is a list of items we suggest bringing for your trip!

    • Refillable water bottle

    • Hat/Headband/Ear Covering for Cold Weather

    • Mittens/Gloves for Cold Weather

    • Hiking/Walking Shoes - A pair you're ok with getting wet or muddy.

    • Extra Pair of Shoes - A pair to change into if your other shoes get wet or muddy.

    • Socks - Thicker socks for cooler weather; an extra pair if others get wet.

    • Clothing Layers - Remember, we will be in the mountains and it's cooler up here, especially at night.

    • Warm Coat

    Note: Linens and Toiletries - River Mountain provides all linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. There is shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers.

    If you would like to use a hairdryer while on-site, please bring one. They do not have any hairdryers on-site. All of their bathrooms have convenient outlets to plug into.
