Namaste For One More has been taught at your favorite local brewery, Intracoastal Brewing Company since Jan 2014.

Intra Run Club- 3 Mile Run starting at Intracoastal Brewing Company Wednesdays 5:30 pm

Intra Run Club started in Nov 2015. We start our 1 mile or 3-mile route at Intracoastal Brewing Company. We run/jog/walk over the Eau Gallie Causeway and make it back to enjoy a tasty beverage together. This event will start back Sept 2, 2020, with designated time slots to run between 5 pm-6 pm 🙂
